Q: What are the "proper conditions" for bittersweet?
A:(This product is no longer routinely stocked) Bittersweet will begin to break down after prologned exposures to extreme heat or cold. For this reason, we recommend storing it in a controlled temperature environment during off seasons. In addition, outdoor usage may attract wildlife, which will possibly see it as a meal.
Q: It is spring/summer. Is my product still available?
A: Due to the seasonality of the products we carry, we recommend emailing us during the off-season to check for availability.
Q: What if I wish to return my order?
A: Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns.
